No Additional Charges

There are no ghastly renewal fees.   We let all types of properties from studio apartments to large houses across London and the surrounding areas. We provide the right tenants for your property that have all been properly and thoroughly vetted.

We make sure that prospective tenants are able to view properties quickly, this is because we have affiliations with many viewing representatives that work with us, to ensure we provide accompanied viewings at all times.  Once a tenant is interested and makes an offer, we would qualify them and inform you about whether you wish to proceed.  All tenant referencing is provided in-house and once that is completed and you have read the report and consented, we proceed to draft contracts on your behalf.  We do not usually check in, nor provide an inventory with this  level of service, unless we are managing the property.
