As well as our full management we offer 3 alternative management options:
Buy Now, Pay Later
We manage your property in exactly the same way as we would under our full management service. The main difference is that our monthly charge of 10% is reduced to 5%. At the end of the first year or when the tenancy ends (whichever comes first), we will invoice you for payment of the outstanding balance of 5%.
This service is especially useful for landlords experiencing temporary cash flow restrictions but who require a full management service.
Rent Collection Service
We will ensure that the rent is collected and paid to you every month on time! We will also prepare regular monthly statements of account and invoices. No need to chase your tenants for any late payment as we will do that all for you.
Our fee for this service is 5% of the monthly rent.
Flexible Management Service (Pay Us When You Need Us)
Problems with your property can occur at any time, so knowing you have a competent and professional team on hand to deal with issues quickly, effectively and cost effectively is crucial.
Our Pay Us When You Need Us Service is especially useful for self managed landlords who may be away on holiday, business or extended periods. We will liaise with your tenant to determine the problem before a contractor is called and we’ll work with our dedicated contractors (or your nominated contractors) to ensure that the problem is resolved swiftly and with minimal disruption to your tenant. This service does not usually include rent collection or inventory inspections.
Our fee for this service 8% of the monthly rent.
